This month snuck up on me, I didn't realize that the third Saturday was just a few days away.

So, here's your reminder. Come on out, bring your instruments, and let's play.

Jam this saturday

I hope to join you this weekend. However,Your play list is a bit OVERWHELMING! Could you recommend 5 or 6 tunes I could work on before Saturday so you don't completely leave me in the dust?

Jan, We collectively know

Jan,

We collectively know about half to two thirds of the tune book, so don't be worried about not having them all down. And you can certainly bring your own tune picks to the group as well.

We are bound to play a few broadly known standby tunes like Red Haired Boy, Whiskey Before Breakfast, St. Anne's Reel, Cold Frosty Morning, and Liberty. Cold Frosty Morning is likely to end up getting played directly into The Gale if Michael or Kay call it out. A newer tune we've been playing is the Wizard's Walk, which has some fun turns to it. Mouth of the Tobique is likely to come up.

We are looking forward to meeting you on Saturday.
